K9 Fishing Products Shipping Policy


Order Processing:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery:


Domestic Shipping (United States):

Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100.

Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $100 are subject to a $7.66 flat rate shipping fee.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days via standard shipping.

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost, with estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.


International Shipping:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days, depending on the location and customs processing.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.


Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.


Lost or Damaged Packages:

K9 Fishing Products is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
